I ship worldwide with as minimal packaging as possible. All orders are shipped from my Studio in Berlin using DHL.
All orders for my products are processed and shipped out in 4-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If I’m experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.
2.1. SHIPPING COSTS
You will find the shipping costs for national and international delivery after entering your delivery address at the checkout. Virtual products are exempt from shipping costs.
3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. I do my best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact me immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to me as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by me.
5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Santo Cielo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities.
6. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
Santo Cielo allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 14 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.
6.1. RETURN PROCESS
You have the right to return or exchange your order within fourteen days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you.
1. If you want to return an item, simply email me at email@example.com, and tell me your order number and the reason for your return. I’ll guide you through the quick process.
2. Make sure the items you want to return are unworn, unwashed and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags for a full refund. Feel free to reuse our packaging to ship your return package.
3. Returns have to be paid by you, so choose to drop off your package at your preferred return location.
4. Once I’ve received the returned items, I’ll examine them and start your refund process. If you followed the return instructions correctly, the product price and initial shipping costs will be refunded. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
6.2. ABOUT RETURNS & REFUNDS
The European law states that when an order is being returned, it is mandatory for the company to refund the product price and shipping costs charged for the original shipment. Meaning: one shipping fee is paid by me.
Standard Shipping: If you placed an order using “standard shipping” and you want to return it, you will be refunded the product price and initial shipping costs. However, the return shipping costs will be paid by you.
Free Shipping: If you placed an order using “free shipping” and you want to return it, you will be refunded the product price, but since I paid for the initial shipping, you will have to pay for the return.
7. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
In the event there is/are item/s out of stock, I’ll wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching.
8. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
Within the European Union, you will not be charged for customs. For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
